Persistent Yorkie Cant Take No for an Answer

The video today is of a Yorkie who is so persistent that it’s hilarious.

This Yorkie is the king of not taking no for an answer!

Obviously, this Yorkie is used to begging for food and obviously he is used to getting food.

I get it, who on earth can resist it when a Yorkshire Terrier looks up at you with their gorgeous eyes and adorable face?

I know a lot of people do actually resist the temptation to give their cute Yorkie a snack while you are eating.

These people are stronger than I, because I could not resist. In fact, every time I eat something – my Yorkies are always making their presence known.

They interact with each other then look up at me to make eye contact. Then it is all over. I have to give in. I feel like they stare into my soul and are going to be heartbroken if I say no.

Sometimes it takes discipline. Especially if you want to prevent that kind of behaviour from occurring in the future.

However, it is not the end of the world if you are like me and you give in to your Yorkies demands. We are only human, we are not robots.

Though, my best friend who has one Yorkie herself, she is super strict with food.

She controls every single milligram of food that enters her Yorkie’s mouth.

Her Yorkie did develop an inflammatory bowel condition beforehand though so it makes total sense that she is so controlling of her Yorkie’s diet.

She just wants what is best for her Yorkie’s health! I respect that. I also respect the fact that she can look at her Yorkie and not give food even when her Yorkie stares up at her.

That takes resilience and inner strength!
