Yorkie Stolen 6 Years Ago Finally Reunited with Owner
After losing her beloved Yorkie 6 years ago.
A nursing student named Griselle in Austin, Texas was beyond happy when she found out that her Yorkie named Bailey was found in Indianapolis.
Yorkshire Terriers are one of the most popular dogs in the world – so it is no surprise that thieves would try their luck and steal them.
This is not an uncommon occurrence sadly enough, we must all be extra careful when leaving our Yorkies unattended.
Especially if we have gardens that have low walls or access to the streets.
In the end it is our responsibility to keep our Yorkies safe and secure – they look up to us as their parents.
The nursing student and Bailey were reunited at an Austin airport where Griselle arrived an hour early as she was in disbelief and delight.
“What do you expect when you see Bailey?” the reporter asked Griselle.
“I don’t know. I just really hope he remembers me.” said the nursing student.
Bailey had a homecoming party the day after his arrival in Texas and then a necessary visit to the vet.
“Griselle wasn’t sure this day would ever come.”
For everybody reading this, make sure you keep your Yorkies extra close to you as this could happen to anyone!
Make sure you microchip your dogs because if it weren’t for the microchip, Bailey would have been lost forever.

Below I have placed a top rated microchip administration kit from Amazon:
You can take the above product and either administer it manually or with your vet.
I recommend asking your vet to do it so you can rest assured that it’s all working fine.
That being said though – totally not necessary as this kit has been made for manual use.
